The Australian Technology Park - Innovations (ATPi)
The Australian Technology Park - Innovations (ATPi) is based in NSW. It is Australia's largest technology business accelerator, focussing on the commercialisation of early stage business opportunities. ATPi is where the BioFirst Biotechnology Precinct is located.

AusIndustry
AusIndustry is the Commonwealth Government's central point for business assistance and information.  It has been established to commercialise a venture and help you set up your business.

Austrade
Austrade jointly runs the Invest Australia Program with DIST. It is also helps Australian exporters with information and advice about overseas markets and export opportunities; practical assistance including identifying foreign investment partners, and grants to assist businesses market their products and services overseas.

Australian Technology Showcase (ATS)
This is an excellent source of information on innovative technology developed in Australia. The website contains some useful business information.

The Australian Venture Capital Association Ltd. (AVCAL)
The Australian Venture Capital Association Ltd. (AVCAL) is the hub of the Australian venture capital industry.

Australian Business Limited (ABL)
Australian Business Limited (ABL) connect businesses with the information, people and advice they need to make sound business decisions and stay competitive.

Business Entry Point (BEP)
The Business Entry Point (BEP) is an initiative of the Australian Federal Government, and all States and Territories. The BEP provides access to resources from approximately 50 Commonwealth Government agencies, 100 State and Territory Government agencies, and 125 industry associations. BEP provide an excellent website for small and medium businesses.

Innovation Investment Fund (IIF)
The IIF Program is designed to promote the commercialisation of Australian R&D, through the injection of venture capital into small, high-tech companies at the seed, start up or early expansion stages of their development.

Biotechnology Innovation Fund
From the website of Biotechnology Australia, a collaboration of five Commonwealth Government departments.

SEAANZ
The Small Enterprise Association of Australia and New Zealand (SEAANZ) is a small enterprise association of professionals in practice, education, training and government. SEAANZ aims to assist in the development and understanding of small enterprise. The website contains information for anyone needing information on the establishment of small businesses.

International

British Venture Capital Association
The BVCA represents private equity and venture capital in the UK and is devoted to promoting the private equity industry and improving the performance and professional standards of member firms and the individuals within those firms. This website provides information on venture capital in the UK.

National Business Incubation Association (NBIA)
The NBIA is based in the US and provides information, education, and resources to bring excellence to the process of assisting early-stage companies.

UK Business Incubation (UKBI)
UKBI is the leading representative business body for the business incubation industry in the United Kingdom. This site provides information to assist the business incubation industry.
